Summer Prep Course
AP Chemistry is a notoriously tough class with one of the lowest AP exam pass rate.
In fact, only about 50% of students pass the AP Chemistry exam.
The rapid pace, complex concepts, and sheer volume of information can overwhelm even the brightest students.
It’s easy to fall behind quickly, leading to a spiral of stress, confusion, and plummeting confidence.
Worse yet, the pressure surrounding AP Chemistry is immense, as success in the course often feels crucial for those with dreams of pursuing careers in science or medicine.
Unfortunately, that downward spiral happens faster than you might think.
Miss a few key concepts in the first unit, and suddenly the rest of the course becomes an uphill battle filled with self-doubt.
That’s why starting AP Chemistry on the right foot is absolutely essential.
Doing a bit of prep during the summer can make the biggest difference.

⚛️ Program Details ⚛️
- Comprehensive 4 week program that helps students build a strong foundation and get ahead so they can excel in AP Chemistry. Students who participate in the summer program are typically 6 weeks ahead of their classmates.
- Students will develop a rock-solid understanding of Unit 0: Foundations and Unit 1: Atomic Structure and Properties, and build unshakable confidence to succeed in AP Chemistry
- One engaging learning lesson each week covering the core concepts and equations with lots of examples. Each session lasts 1-1.5 hours.
- One live small group practice session each week to actively work through problems and receive personalized feedback. Each session lasts 1 hour.
- Session 1: June 24th – July 19th (Covers Unit 0: Foundations and Unit 1: Atomic Structure and Properties)
- – Learning session: Tuesday 1 – 2 pm CST
– Practice sessions: Wednesday 1 – 2 pm CST, Wednesday 4 – 5 pm CST
– Students are required to attend one practice session each week. Learning session attendance is highly recommended but not mandatory as they are recorded.
- – Learning session: Tuesday 1 – 2 pm CST
- Session 2: July 8th – August 2nd (Covers Unit 0: Foundations and Unit 1: Atomic Structure and Properties)
- – Learning session: Monday 4 -5 pm CST
– Practice sessions: Thursday 1 -2 pm CST, Thursday 4 – 5 pm CST
– Students are required to attend one practice session each week. Learning session attendance is highly recommended but not mandatory as they are recorded.

Emercency Sessions
I understand at certain times throughout the semester students might need extra time for exam preparation or a quiz. Emergency sessions are for students who want additional support or students who need one-time tutoring for an upcoming test. Emergency sessions can be scheduled through Rob or your tutor. Emergency sessions are based upon availability. Students with packages can use a package session as an emergency session. Non-package students need to contact Rob for the emergency session price. All sessions must be paid in advance.

Academic/Honors $500/4 sessions
AP $600/4 sessions
16 Week Packages:
Academic/Honors 16 Session Package $125 per weekly session=$2000
AP 16 Session Package $150 per weekly session=$2400
